Everyday WellBeing


I have the good fortune of sharing what I learned in the 15+ years of my work as a psychotherapist & coach, including strategies for maintaining everyday wellbeing, fulfillment, and determination.

Regardless of the direction we want to move our lives in, there are times when each of us experiences difficulties. Finding support and guidance during challenging times can help maintain momentum and focus, enabling us to stay on track towards what is most important. 

Keys to wellbeing include intention, attention, flexible perspective taking, and maintaining or developing a compassionate disposition towards yourself. As these skills progress, we become more resilient and effective at handling our problems.

Committing to what gives your life meaning, regularly noticing what is going well in your life, and tolerating unpleasant emotions deepen inner strength and self trust. 

My goal is to help you live a life you feel good about. Using proven methods from both psychotherapy and mindfulness, we will work together for you to experience greater satisfaction and improved well-being.

Follow this daily maintenance plan to start now
  • Ask yourself: "What do I need? What helps me?" 
  • Take care of your body through regular movement, rest, relaxation, and good nutrition
  • Practice grounding techniques and paying attention on purpose
  • Connect with others you feel supported by
  • Make friends with the parts of yourself that are critical, cause embarrassment, and keep you stuck in fear. Offer yourself understanding and love.
  • Have fun. It is important, not frivolous, and greatly restorative.
